Intoduction:

This is hydraulic 3 roll bending machine, used to roll the plate into cylinder shape, U shape, also cone shape. The upper roller can move vertically and horizontally. Through adjustment of the upper roller, making it lies in the non-symmetrical position to the lower rollers, we can pre-bend the plate. When rolling the plate, the electric motor and the speed reducer will produce the power to make the two lower rollers move.As the height of lower rollers is fixed, so plate feeding and operations are very convenient. The components we used are all selective, for example: the PLC and the hydraulic parts we used are of famous brands. The machine runs smoothly, easily controlled, no resistance, no oil spill and abnormal noise. The rack that can be pulled down is driven by hydraulic system. The upper roller moving vertically is driven by hydraulic system and the level shift is driven by mechanical system. All the equipment’s are reliable and of low faults.
