Model: MP10 SERIES
Definition:
MP10 series turret punch is of enclosure structure, which receives tempering treatment. German H+L hydraulic system enjoys reliable performance and low power consumption (11kW). CNC system FANUC Oip is used on this series punch. The turret features long sleeve structure and the index station has sectional wheel and worm mechanism. This series punch consists of international pneumatic and electrical components, imported long travel ball screws, the linear guide way, worktable with brush, and steel balls auto central lubrication device and auto floating clamps.

Machine Parts:
Controlling System
The machine uses the first class Japanese FANUC Oip control system and servo unit, and both Chinese and English versions are available. The control system is of remote diagnosis function and self-functions. It is of 10.4" color TFT display.
AC Servo Motor
The machine uses digital AC servo motors which are of high dynamic characteristics and the acceleration speed can be of 1.2g, and it can neglect the clearing of the carbon brushes for a long term accuracy and reliability.
High Rigidity Construction
The MP series CNC turret punch is of open double-frame construction, or O-type construction, featuring high rigidity and stability without deflection after tempering treatment in the electrical furnace for the machine frame.
Long Bushed Construction
Nodular cast iron sleeve of good abradability is fixed with presition tooling guide for a long life. The sleeve and die can be changed easily and quickly.
Clamp
The floating clamp is of upper-lower floating construction to reduce the torsion of the material. It can work even when it is near the clamp. The clamp integrated with the working table is of dovetail connection for easy movement and high precision.
Stainless Steel Worktable
The working table with brush and steel balls ensures the safety and reduces the noise, and to reduce the scratches on the work piece surface.
