About press

Heavy duty Hydraulic Press intend discontinuous panel production line to produce varies thickness sandwich panel for cladding and cold store application
This can produce panel thickness from 25 mm to 200 mm with a max. Length up to 12000 mm according to customer requirement.
These Machines are manufacturing in our highly equipped workshop under strict quality control by our professional management

Main components

1 - Main Frame

Made out of hot rolled heavy duty steel, blasted and painted according to customer specification or LAROSA standard
Heavy duty lifting hooks are provided for easy handling of machine

2 - Upper and Lower bed

Made out of (I) beams covered by 10 mm M.S. plates to ensured complete flatness of panel. Lower bed assembled with oil heating system (optional) to preheat the lower bed to ensure better PU flow ability during cold weather.

3 - Main Drive

The complete press movement is controlled hydraulically with solenoid valve and limit switches. The main power pack is driven by 15 HP electric Motor. The Pressure development in this power pack is 3000 psi which can provide back pressure sufficient to produce panels up to 200 mm thickness. The hydraulic cylinders provided every 1500 mm span to hold heavy back pressure   during polyurethane reaction

4 - Front and back feeder Tray

Made out of 10 mm M.S plate with 1600 mm width and 12000 mm long to produce panel up to 1300 mm width for cold room application
The tray movement is controlled hydraulically over heavy duty roller table which will ensure LA ROSA machine maintenance free

4 - Steel Mould

One Set of 12000 mm Steel Mould provided as per customer specification.

5 - Control Panel

Made with siemens control system Like timer, contactor…etc. to ensure quality and safety in operation. Safety Alarm provided for bed opening and closing to avoid accident during upper bed closing
